I am really happy with this app. I am already having more reviews left by customers. Previously, I was manually sending out emails. This is so much better. The reminders are sent out automatically and customers can leave their review right within their email. Very convenient! I was also able to create a Review page using the app's 'full-page review widget' and really appreciate having all of my reviews visible in one place. Edited: I continue to appreciate this app. Kudos to the app staff for prompt and super friendly help on the occasions when I have questions.

I really like this app. I can tell a lot of thought went into it and they continue to make improvements. You can personalize the appearance and content so that it reflects your brand/personality. I like that when a customer chats, you can see their geographic location as well as where they are in your shop. I also like that you can set a schedule for when your chat is active. The communication with the developer has been excellent: friendly, helpful and professional.

I appreciate this app as I was looking for a way to give my Canadian customers an automatic discount to help counter the low value of the Canadian dollar. Derek responds quickly to questions. At this time, the discount only appears after the customer clicks the checkout button. It would be much better if the discount appeared at the cart stage and I hope that they can make this improvement in the future.

I like this app. It gets more products on my pages in a dynamic way.
