September 2021: We got excellent support from James who sent a detailed explanation including supportive videos to help us solve an issue we had been facing for quite a while. After several requests for support before that didn't work out well, we finally got the support we needed and the issue could be solved easily. July 2020: What happened to this App? We've been using it on 2 of our shops - at first it was great. Now it's full of glitches, we keep getting customer complaints, customer service is poor at best. Response time is long and they general blame the issue on us??? Time to look for a new solution. What a shame.

Just implemented this app, but the customer service has already been awesome. Went above and beyond to customize our popups so they look consistent with our shop. Special shout out to Steve who was great. Thank you!

Easy to use, nice looking invoices, excellent customer service. Every time we needed help, Liam was very responsive and took care of it right away. Great app.
