We switched from another review program and have been really happy so far with Judge.com. I only wish they had integration with our reward program so that I could award points for reviews, I know they do work with other reward programs though. Integration with Google is key! They also have a great selection of pre-created widgets.

I just installed so for now I will just comment that it was incredibly easy to install, it seems easy to use, and the customer service has been fantastic.

Works exactly as described. We have a large number of SKUs and can often be out of a few of them at a time. This has really captured a lot of those customers who couldn't find what they wanted on their first visit.
