Ellese Bakes

I'm really impressed with this app, it offers lots of customisation options and is perfect for our business. We are a cake shop and wanted to start offering a local delivery option for our customers and have different delivery rates per postcode. This app lets up achieve all of that and more! We can also send out customisable reminder emails to our customers which is a great help. The best part of all though is the customer service, which really is the best I've experienced on Shopify so far. Siddarth has been a great help and was able to have a call with me at short notice to go through all aspects of the app and it get it set up for me to our exact requirements. Thank you Siddarth for your help it's much appreciated. To anyone considering this app, I would definitely recommend it, the customisation options are really good, and being able to send reminder emails to our customers from within the app is really beneficial to us. Farhath Manaz is fab!

Fantastic service by Cesar today, we've been using this app for many months to easily print order slips with all the main order details on, and today we needed some tweaks and Cesar came to our rescue! I recommend this app to any Cake shops out there as you can easily print a one page order confirmation which has all the main details on there and picks up things like order date and time which are pulled from some of our other third party apps.

Fantastic app and brilliant customer service too. Jackson and the team went above and beyond to help us with our custom report. We are a cake shop and wanted a weekly report which could tell us what products we have being collected from our physical premises. We now have this report and it's going to be very helpful for us and help us plan our week better. I would recommend this app to everyone as the standard Shopify exports are quite limited.

Amazing app - we are a cake shop and have products with many different variants, and this app meets all of our needs. It's easy to use and the support is great. Everyone using Shopify should explore this app as it literally has infinite possibilities!

Fantastic app and very good customer service from Ali - I would highly recommend this app for people wanting to offer a collection option to their customers. Great price too.
