Jess helped me out super quick when it came to coding and fixed my issue with ease! love her energy and the cute cat gif she sent as well.

the app is pretty flexible. looks like they covered a lot of their bases to make it work for many businesses. i wanted to limit a gift to us customers only. The only draw back is that the gift was set to auto add to cart at $200. However, once they got into the checkout page and used a discount code, their total would dip under $200 but the app couldn't adjust the cart while in the checkout page. I think they said i need to pay for an even higher plan, but i don't remember for sure. In any case, they're still my go to for gift apps. All of the support team have been helpful, especially Anne. And I've had TONS of questions.

So far so good. I've only been using it for about an hour but it's able to do what I need it to do. Chat support is also very helpful. Bhushan made a tailored video to help me out! Tushar helped too!

So far so good! Mariane made it clear that I don't get charged unless they win the case for me, in which they'll take 25%. Sounds fair to me! She's been extremely helpful and kind throughout the process, offering to update me through email, which I prefer. What happened: Customer placed and order and then issued a chargeback 40 minutes later before we even got a chance to send her package. She stated that she wasn't able to receive her package. I refunded her but the chargeback sided with the customer anyway so I'm getting hit with a duplicate refund + chargeback fee of $15. I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Chargeflow will be!

So far so good. Lots of features. Of course other apps may have more unique features within their features, but this is all bundled up and they're responding to me at 1:08AM my time and it's the day before Halloween. Amazing. Thanks, Kliphord!
