Does the job and is pretty simple to use. Customization could be better, but you can't complain. Overall really great app!

YOTPO KILLER! The premium versions of the app are very similar to YOTPO's and is way more affordable for us smaller guys. If you are DIY'er and want room to grow as sales grow use this app. The free version is pretty awesome but if are willing to upgrade you'll love it! **Update** After two months we already have 50 reviews some with photos and Google SERP stars are definitely increasing our click through rate! Every single review was generated by the auto e-mail and the reminder system. You couldn't pay an employee $50 a month to e-mail all of your customers to review plus collect photos and respond. I have e-mailed these guys for random things here and there and Tommy has been super helpful every single time!

Has tons of potential, but only for the companies that can afford $399+ a month. The free version is lacking in features and does not really compare to other free review apps. The next level up for $25 a month adds almost nothing extra. The account you really want is the Powerhouse+, because it honestly is great for new content and really putts your reviews to work. BUT the PRICE. $699 a month!!! Great UI and tons of potential, but not ideal for DIY'ers just starting out. There are other options out there with similar features for $30-$100 month. Super easy to use and a no brainier for any Shopify store. Had some issues with my theme not playing well with the app but The Shop Pad team was super nice and willing to help. Thanks guys and great app!
