Good so far! Seems to work well and I like some of the functionality that I haven't been able to find on other similar apps.

Good customer service, great product. I like the AI training feature where you can talk directly to it and build custom rules on how it interacts with customers.

Good app and the people working there have been prompt and helpful when we've needed something. Would recommend!

We've been using the app for a few years now, and I would highly recommend it. It comes with a lot of great features, and it makes it significantly easier for our customers to navigate our website. Definitely can't go wrong with using this on your store.

Overall, pretty easy to use and looking forward to using this to help block certain pages for only certain customers. We have certain customers that get exclusive products and have exclusive pages, so it's good to be able to block these pages just for them. Would recommend!

This is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to add our value prop on the product page, and this app did exactly what we needed. Support was also helpful when we needed assistance with getting something changed on the product page. Would highly recommend!

Overall, Shogun has made it significantly easier to build nice landing pages for our company's website. On top of that, whenever I've had a question, they've been quick to respond, and their answers have been very helpful in solving the problem (shoutout to Justine for her help!).
