Amazing solution for international expansion. Also great customer service. We had some currency issues on our website and Dennis helped us out despite the issue being outside of the scope.

We had the entire team behind us during integration and implementation, and if we have any questions or feature requests we know we have them at the ready. While our platform has only been live for a couple months, we've already seen incredible success and are thrilled we chose Prive.

We've been able to easily manage free gifting with this app. It's so intuitive, customer service is responsive and goes above and beyond to help. We love customized experiences for our clients and EG Auto Add to Cart has helped us achieve this. Highly recommend!

With the upcoming changes in 3.0, it's definitely a 5 star. Prior to that, probably a 4 star. From a strategic perspective it made a serious revenue impact even with the UI/UX issues that make using some features frustrating. I addressed many with the team that they are intending to roll out in version 3.0 in March. I think this platform is on the way to being a truly top notch tool that could really be a hit. I've seen version 3.0 and it looks like a serious improvement in terms of usability. I think the bugs in 2.0 are pretty frustrating, but even with them, the platform has made a serious impact on the bottom line and deserves a lot of applause. I also don't see a comparable tool yet that has as many features, plugins, integrations, etc. The team is looking to deliver on a lot of levels, and I think are just now turning a big corner. We use Zonos for international tax calculations and the Welcome Mat (we haven't moved over to Hello yet). We were launching a promo in less than 24 hours and needed last-minute changes to our now Zonos-unsupported Welcome Mat. Brandon Morin was knowledgeable, patient, and persistent (with his very busy team) and had the changes made with time to spare. Thousands of users and not a single Zonos issue during the madness of our promo. Thank you, Brandon -- you’re an awesome teammate.
