Seamlessly works within the Shopify system, and the "instant answers" are helpful to customers on off hours to facilitate self-service.
So far so good, just installed and was going through setup and had questions. Harvinder on the team was very responsive and very helpful in answering my questions. He even provided screenshots to help me!
I just installed and set up and so far very pleased with the ease of use, presentation on my site and importing of existing reviews. Additionally, when I initially installed and was adding widgets, I clearly missed a step and Hakima from the Judge.me team reached out to me in the messaging tool to offer to fix it, and did! She was a great help and answered a few additional questions that I had. Very pleased and appreciative!
Great app for us. We used to be on Magento using this app and were able to transfer the reviews over to shopify! So happy they're on both platforms. Great group
