No customer service to speak of, not Mac friendly, which is kind of been saying for anyone in the music business, and just overall a completely unsatisfying experience I strongly urge you to avoid this app at all cost. I have nothing good to say about them.

Thank you for the review. I 'think' you were trying to review Kunaki.com (which I am not). We are the Kunakify app which automatically sends your Shopify order to Kunaki.com to print/press/ship automatically. We are not connected with Kunaki.com in any other way. We just use them daily for our biz and so created this much needed app. I believe your review is based on them rather than this app? We have great customer support and work on Mac computers. So thought the review was a bit unfair to be honest. Happy to help you get set up properly with Kunaki.com and our app Kunakify if you would like no worries at all. Single Music is outstanding and I am so thoroughly happy to be using them in our store. These guys know their stuff I cannot more strongly recommend them.
