I have had a great experience with all Avada apps. I've recently needed to downgrade services for my business and was thrilled to find a free app that could hopefully help my site get more traffic. During set up, I had an issue with page loading and Christian with support provided immediate help. He was quick & knowledgeable. I am eager to see how my site does with this new happy and happy to know that fantastic support is available!
Just downloaded but based on Genie's customer service & app cost structure, I'll be sticking around!

Great service from Hannah & Nicole. I'm not 100% thrilled with the platform but the customer service is top notch :)

A little tricky to get started but so far so good. Customer service is fantastic. Jodel was a huge help!
Great app for restock notices. Love the free option. Only criticism is that I wish there was a plan between the 10-300 ranges.
