The team is great! Lately I have been chatting with Ben and has helped us navigate through the set up the whole way! Had another interaction with Francis who was super helpful! Overall, fantastic and reliable app with fantastic customer service and help.

Very powerful but missing some things like "customer updated" and every time you edit something the screen goes white and then reloads the page.

Switching to Loop has been such a great move for us. They genuinely listen to their merchants, and it shows! We’ve suggested a few small tweaks to make things smoother for our business, and they’ve already implemented them — it’s clear they actually care about their customers. Plus, it’s refreshing not to be upsold on every little new feature. It’s clear they’re focused on making the best subscription experience possible. Their support team is fast, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. In addition, they have an amazing Success Team that really helps our business grow, which we are taking full advantage of - 15/10! If you’re looking for a platform that feels more like a partner, Loop is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Really great so far! We have tried hard coding and dozens of apps - nothing worked until we finally found this. Fingers crossed for longevity, but very promising so far.

We are happy with the level of service provided by the Recharge team. Very kind and supportive staff.

Its unfortunate that we cannot use existing products and must create a new product. We will await for more updates before continuing.
