It has enabled us to significantly reduce down the time we have been dealing with customer service and deliver better, more accurate and timely information to our customers. Its a win both sides. It a proven to be an effective tool in our shopify stable of core apps. The macros are great at speeding up tasks that could have taken 12 clicks to just two! Game changer.

There is no greater accolade could I give to the team at cross-sell, they are truly exceptional! we were under a deadline to launch. It was noon in California and 8 pm in the UK. The lads put down their pints left the ladies at the bar and went to work! In short order they were able to customize cross-sell for our shopify theme, so we were able to go live and launch on time.
