I used the old Q & A app from this company and was really happy with it. However, they are retiring it so I have added this new version. I did not want the reviews element and Ajit kindly removed that section and made colour changes to the Q & A so it blended better with my theme. The support has been prompt and helpful and for what I need my plan is free, so thank you making this available to smaller businesses at no charge. My only gripe is it is a shame the app is not as customisable as the old one hence the four stars.

Another update! I contacted Avada to ask about HTML sitemaps and Ricky was super quick to respond and help. Viola stepped in later and enabled some extra options for my site and gave helpful advice, I know nothing about SEO so I feel in safe hands with the Avada team. All this is on the free plan WOW! I highly recommend! Review update! If you need support the team are quick, friendly and knowlegeable :-) Also, since my first review the seo has had chance to take effect and there is a noticible improvement of traffic to my site! ************ I installed this app approx 7 days ago to optimise my image sizes and try to improve the speed of my site. It has worked as my store is now 'average speed’ compared to other shopify sites. It was classed as ‘slower' before using the app. Not being very savvy about seo etc I just let it do an auto run on the image sizing, it was very easy. The app has an incredible wealth of extra features that I haven’t had chance to delve into yet but I'm sure there is something for almost everyone here trying to improve their store. At a genuine 'Free' to use resource it is crazy not to give it a go! Thanks to the team for offering such a great app and great service.

This is really a great app and a nice addition to my store. The free plan is more than adequate for my store at the moment and the upgrade is still affordable if I need more volume. I'm amazed at the level of customisation that is available for a free plan. I took up the offer of custom placement of the icon in my header as it was moving my logo off centre in the mobile view and Yomna responded very quickly and realigned everything perfectly. Thank you to Yomna and to the developers for making this app available free to small businesses like mine :-)

I have had this app for a long while now. It recently upgraded and changed name and it is even better than before. It makes transfer of your product from etsy to shopify quick and easy. The settings mean you can customise exactly what you want transferring. There are loads of useful perameters like eliminating a specific body of text from the description or shortening the title. I have never had an issue with the app but sometimes needed help to know how to do something, the support is fast and friendly so you are never left waiting. Can't fault it!

Great app for a gallery of my sold items. I needed some help with reordering the images, Steve was quick to respond and made the adjustment for me within a few hours.

This is a great app which makes it easy to run a sale in your store. You can select or deselect individual items which is great if you don't want to put an entire collection on sale. Very time saving!
