I was searching for an application that allow products' ratings on our website, but most of them did not translate to French. Then I found Judge.me which is exactly what I needed! And also their support is very responsive. Easy 5 stars! And also thanks to Thanh for her support!
I've installed this app recently and it works perfectly! I had an issue on desktop when selecting different variants, and the support was super fast to identify what was the problem and resolved it right away. I highly recommend this app if you want an uncluttered product page, especially if there are lots of variants. Thanks Ganesh :)

A really convenient application to connect with new and existing customers. You can also setup automatic responses in case you cannot answer right away, that's cool.
Julia helped me to better understand what PickyStory could do and couldn't do. Knowing all that, I can better strategize what to bundle.
