Humind s'est rapidement imposé chez 900.care : nous avons observé une augmentation significative de la conversion, tout en offrant une expérience client plus fluide et engageante. Dan et Alexis sont réactifs, flexibles et itèrent à une vitesse impressionnante pour s’adapter à nos besoins. Nous apprenons aussi énormément des visiteurs qui ne sont pas (encore) clients, grâce à la possibilité d’analyser et de tagguer les conversations. Hâte d'aller plus vite et plus loin avec Humind.
On a adopté WAX, notre nouvel outil de rétention/satisfaction sur WhatsApp. La team WAX nous a prêté main forte pour automatiser des use cases géniaux pour nos clients, qui sont devenus des must have incontournables quand on regarde les métriques de panier moyen et de ré-achat. Les whatsapp sont l'avenir de la relation client et ils remplaceront les emails à terme.
The app is really useful to sell subscriptions & the customer service answers really quickly. On the less bright side, there is still quite a bit of bugs in the app and a lot more features to develop
Vidjet was extremely easy to set up - it was done in a matter of minute really. The video did not impact the site performance and it really supported our conversion rate. A great app all in all, well done !
