Prathamesh provided excellent customer service and was so quick with making the changes we needed!! Cannot fault the customer service. Opened chat and within minutes it was sorted.

Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve: 1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason 2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve. Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.
I was not even aware or thinking of this, excellent idea thank you. It will be good to have more Business Detail and an example how this work for people to be clear what it does, what the App does was just in one sentence on set-up.
