It's a great app that helps us export all the order data and insights reports we need. I particularly like the integration with Google sheets to keep my reports updated on a daily basis. This app has excellent customer support that can be reached via chat or email and are very quick to set up any custom reports or non-standard requirements.

Great price monitoring as well as Shopify repricing and a very friendly and flexible support team. We have checked several price monitoring services and many are very expensive and have a high ongoing cost and Prisync offers us the level of detail and flexibility we need. Prisync offers 3 models of monitoring channel based, URL based or Hybrid. We are on a Hybrid plan which allows for finding new competitors, marketplaces as well as monitoring specific URLs manually. Within the 14 days free trial we tested the different setups and then agreed on the plan best suited to our needs and budget. the team did extend our trial period at no extra cost which was very helpful to be sure that this is the right tool. I found that Prisync costs roughly a tenth of rivalling tools, so it's great value for money. There are limits on the products that can be monitored, but no limits on the number of competitors to track against which is great for our business. It does take about a week for the tool to learn and aggregate competitors before the result can be fully evaluated. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to monitor prices as well as reprice your products in Shopify based on pricing across Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay as well as manually added URLs of known competitors. We can track the price history and spot trends with the reporting that can be per product, brand or collection. You also get a dedicated account manager and support team that is at hand to help via email, chat, zoom or phone call and have found the team to be very helpful and responsive.

I'm very happy and impressed with how this app works and the friendly efficient support I have received. We have now successfully integrated with several marketplaces including Amazon. I was apprehensive initially after reading some mixed reviews and have been pleasantly surprised by Channable. The interface is intuitive and there is a good amount of resources you can access to help with the setup and it's pretty much a plug and play. What you need to know is that you need to set up each marketplace separately first, get an account etc and if you require the orders to sync through to shopify then you also need to purchase the order sync add-on which is an additional cost per marketplace. I then had a few things that didn't quite work as I wanted and the Channable customer support was on it very quickly. I had responses pretty much immediately and the team then went into my account and adjusted anything that needed to be done to get it to work how I wanted it including some custom tags that I wanted to come through to Shopify. Very happy with Channable and it does exactly the kind of Shopify marketplace integration and sync our business needs.

We encountered an issue with elements of the app not displaying properly (our theme had prevented it from fully installing). Rob was very quick to help and managed to resolve the problem in no time at all. Excellent communication and more than happy to help. I cannot recommend their support enough and the app is now doing everything it is supposed to.
