I love this app. I was so sick and tired of fighting other countries with stealing my photos and product information, then listing them on their fake websites to fraud people out of money. Since I have installed this app, I have less intruders on my site and this app allowed me to disable the right click option to capture my text and photos. It's sad that we have to be diligent with this kind of fraud, but so thankful for this app because there would be no way for me to stop it without being consumed with it all the time and then I would be neglecting my business. This app is a must have for your shop!

This form makes everything easier for customers to contact me in confidence. Customer Service was super fast in response to an issue I had with my page. They are super efficient and I so glad I am using them on my page and in my business! Highly recommend~ :)

I now remember why I uninstalled this last November. I spent a lot of time setting up my automations and I noticed they were not being sent. Spent more hours with support trying to understand why they were not sent. He told me that that the "time frame" has not been met. Ok, so I wait. He said if I have an issue to reopen the chat. Well, the automation is set for 4 hours, and at hour 5, still not sent. Reopened the chat and nothing haven't heard a word. So now, I have several emails that could have been sales, lost because the app is not working as it's suppose to. Nicki Lynn Jewelry

This app is brilliant! I have used it for my Black Friday-Cyber Monday discount sale and it's been easy to use. I did have to contact Support, because I had no idea what I was doing, because I am not tech savvy, but Sergio was a huge help answering all my questions and was very quick to reply in my chats. He walked me though everything and even showed me how to do a quick change of price for one item in the app so I didn't even have to go though my Shopify store to do it, so that when it reverts, it will all stay together. This App has been a life saver. It saves me time and headaches by doing all the hard work for me. It fixes all my broken links and sends me weekly emails on what has been going on with the backend of things. AA helped me verify my shop and was a great help with a great personality. I'm so thankful for them and my shop is doing better in sales then it was before the app!! So worth it.

I used to have someone manage my site and that person decided they didn't want to do anymore, so they just dropped me. When I had to figure out everything they were doing, I found that this app is one of the greatest for bulk price changing. I didn't realize at first what is was for, because I am not techy, I am a jewelry maker and just want to make pretty things. But, when I figured this app out, I was happy to know that I didn't have to waste time changing prices individually. I know you all are thinking I'm out of my mind, but not everyone knows techy stuff and I appreciated all of Chris's help when I had an issue with one of the "tags" that I was trying to run a sale from. Not only did he figure out the backend issue, he also provided me an alternative to grouping my items that I want to change prices for. This app is so useful for my customers to keep track of their purchases, which is vital, because who wants to purchase an item and not be able to track it? My customers are always excited to see where their package is and when it will arrive. The bonus to this app is the customer service. They were quick to reply and help with a question I had AND walked me through everything I needed to do on my end. A great app and company! 10

PRO- If you have a lot of photos to resize, This is a good app to use. CONS-It does not automatically recognize new photos, from a newly listed item, to resize. You have to manually search for the new listing and manually have it resized. There also isn't a way to sort items from new to old or vise versa, which makes it hard to find a new listing. For the amount of money paid for this app, it should have these important features, especially is someone's store has 500+ items for sale.

Awesome way to generate more business. This app is great and the Support team is awesome too! Had an issue with getting the settings the right way for my theme, since I am not tech savvy, and support was super helpful and got me all set up without delay. Highly recommend this app!

Works great now. I love having the review for customers to refer back to. Had an issue with it working with my theme at first, but the tech team was quick to fix and resolve the issue. Great customer service and fast response to questions and concerns.
