I started my subscription box on Cratejoy because I thought that was the easiest and quickest way to launch. I already had a Shopify site at orglamix.com. Shortly after launch on the CJ platform, I ran into a series of issues-- mainly sending my existing customers to another site for my monthly beauty box was confusing them! From an operations standpoint, I needed a separate email system, referral codes and discount codes. It was a nightmare. I researched all reoccurring and subscriptions apps and chose ReCharge because of the features and great reviews. I dreaded switching, but it was quick and easy. The support is great. They helped me set everything up. Whenever I've needed help troubleshooting something, they've responded quickly. I thought it would take all day to set up, but I was pleasantly surprised when I had my products set up and active within an hour. Its easy to use; and I'm not at all technical. Now that I've been using ReCharge for the past 60 days, I feel comfortable that this is an excellent app. I look forward to migrating my subscribers from Cratejoy. Overall, this is an excellent app for any reoccurring charge or subscription model! A+

TABS = NO CODE. ----> This is the quickest, easiest way to add tabs to your Shopify store. You can add static tabs or custom tabs for each product page-- without code. A developer wanted to charge us $750 to add this feature to our site and we'd still have to miss with the code. It was messy, complicated and time consuming. Love the way the tabs look on our site, orglamix.com. They are clean and information is well organized and easily accessible. I love the way to can add information at the bottom of the tabs too. I update this when I need to share something important. Customer service is excellent. After using this app for two years, I had a question. It was anwser qucikly. Den even tweaked my CSS to help me create something I was looking to do. If you want a clean, easy to update and install tabs for Shopify, this is the app you need.

They're open to suggestions + work to implement them. How many of you have installed a Shopify app + emailed customer service to never receive a response? That's not going to happen here. If you have a question; you'll get an answer, fast. BOTTOM LINE: If you want more sales + more brand visibility, install this app. It's a no-brainer. But hurry, before your competition finds it first!

Log in for Shopify not working. I can not access my account. Frustrating.
