Bold App has limitiations that cause difficulties with our International Customers, but your Chat Representative, Daniel P., was very helpful in handling an issue with an international customer.
Fulfillrite has been a great partner helping our online business grow, starting with just a few orders a day and now able to handle 10 times the volume started with. Shopify integration has been excellent, no problems at all!
Best customer service I have seen on an e-commerce app. They had a real person reach out to proactively suggest best practices and even helped me implement them remotely. Awesome experience so far
