Brandon has been absolutely amazing — super helpful and really went above and beyond to support me with my concern! It made a big difference and I truly appreciate the care. The app has become an essential part of how we run our business, and we’re really glad to be using it. One thing that would make it even better is having more options to customize the design — I think that could be a fantastic addition in the future, and something that would give users even more flexibility. We're having issues with the review images and the verified icon appearing to be all over the place i.e. not aligned and is outside the border. Leandro quickly replied and helped me fix it. Many thanks for your help!

The best. Seamless experience. We had some pretty complex requests and EVERYTHING was handled promptly and perfectly by the fantastic team at Loop. We have been with recharge for years before this. There is no comparison. These guys are pros - highly recommend. Special shout out to Atul who helped me accomplish something I've been failing to do for years in less than 20 minutes.
