I just installed this app on my store last week and I'm already seeing some great interaction with it from visitors. The customer support team was extremely helpful in customizing some of the functionality to best fit my store and also setting up some of the style customizations in order to best match my theme. As far as app functionality, the automatic collections created for "related items" seems to be spot on for my store. Great app!

This app is absolutely amazing. The recordings, chat and heatmaps are so incredibly valuable in helping us (a new store) to increase conversion rates and improve our site!

Really love this app and how easily customizable it is. Having a lot of details in the product descriptions is very important for our conversions, and this app allows us to provide all those details in way that's both easy for us on the back-end and easy-to-read for our site visitors.
