Great app, great widgets, top-notch support! We've been using this app for almost a year now, and it has been a great experience. The widgets offer the flexibility we need to show social proof throughout our shop. The app has been very reliable, and the automated email review requests and automated verification have resulted in a much higher review rate, most of them verified. On the rare occasion that we've needed to contact support, they have been knowledgeable and attentive, and helped us solve any issues quickly and with minimal effort. After almost a year on the platform, I can wholeheartedly recommend judge.me. The app has all the functionality we need, has increased our review rate, and the support is excellent.

I use this app's discount pop-up functionality to provide customers with a first order discount in exchange for signing up for our email newsletter. It works great and allows a lot of setup flexibility. I haven't tried the other functions in the app yet. We recently needed to set up the same pop up we were already using, but with different trigger rules for different pages on our website. I was able to get it done easily by cloning the campaign and changing the triggers. I reached out to support before activating the new campaign and Rosy was able to get it set up easily on my free plan. The app has been great, and customer service has been even better! Highly recommended.
