spam option is not a feature. Getting to many ‘bot created’ mails from marketing affiliates, spammers and phishing attempts. Absorbing 30 minutes a day to cleanse my mail.

Developer reply ·

Thanks for raising this, spending 30 minutes a day clearing bot and spam messages is a real cost. You're not alone in wanting stronger spam controls in Inbox, it's come up from other merchants too. Support can walk you through the conversation and spam-management options available today at help.shopify.com/support, and we'll pass your point about needing proper spam filtering to the Inbox team so it's on their radar.

After several emails asking for a clean up script I have been blocked by Webrex. In the meantime, 10 left over pieces of script. A non-discussion response “there app is the best’. No follow up, no clean script. This is certainly not recommendable. Installed a different app, clearly updating and showing what it actually does, and support is really available, not just for selling extra features. Advice: do not touch the app, it is only interested in upselling, once done they leave you hanging. Upgraded to Elite in the first week, standard schemes worked for some not for other products. As with many other products from the ‘build for shopify’, Shopify support is referring back to the supplier of the app. Resulting in another downgrade of the review.

A completely false review. Your store is very new, and it has only been a few weeks since it went live. In SEO and structured data implementation, results do not stabilize within the first few weeks. Google needs time to crawl, process, and understand the structured data (schema) before showing consistent results in search. The standard schemas in our app work automatically based on the product data available in your Shopify store. If some products show results and others do not yet, this usually means Google has not crawled or processed those pages yet, which is completely normal for a new website. Also, upgrading to the Elite plan does not instantly change Google search behavior. Our app correctly implements the schema according to Google’s structured data guidelines, but when and where Google displays those results is entirely controlled by Google, not by any app. Because your store is still in its early stage, it is technically incorrect to evaluate SEO performance within just a few weeks. SEO and rich results require time, indexing, and domain trust before they appear consistently.

Using Syncee for 3 months - Support is inadequate and app is malfunctioning For the past 2 weeks, despite correct settings (import lists set to inactive), the app continues uploading products with 0-stock variants to my store. This results in 2+ hours of daily manual cleanup work. The scale of the problem: 26 products with 119 zero-stock variants keep re-importing Manually deleted 7+ times - they reappear every time Import lists confirmed inactive - app ignores the setting Support response: Two weeks of the same copy-paste message: "Can you test? We'll have tech look into it." No investigation, no timeline, no resolution, no follow-up. Business impact: 28+ hours wasted on manual deletions (2 hours/day × 14 days) Polluted inventory data Cannot trust the app's basic functionality Half my store runs on Syncee - cannot uninstall despite app failure This is not a minor bug - it's a core feature (import controls) completely failing. The lack of urgency from support makes it worse. I've provided screenshots, detailed reports, and clear reproduction steps. Still no fix, no ETA, just generic responses. Would not recommend until they fix basic import controls and improve support responsiveness.

Do not instal if you’re having better review apps. This app does not clean up after de-installing, creating havoc throughout your site! I am using a review app that is acknowledged and respected through the world. judge.me was not the right one for my store. Now we have at least a week of cleaning up of their mess. mail Judge.me directly: "Your app was uninstalled but left code in 125+ products causing 1,033 SEO errors. Provide a cleanup solution that does NOT require reinstalling and granting data access. This is your responsibility as the app developer."

Developer reply ·

Thank you for raising this concern. After reviewing the case together, it appears the issue was related to your cached data from December, which caused old Judge.me files to still appear in scans even though the app had already been uninstalled. As you confirmed, once the cache was refreshed, the files were no longer present. Judge.me installed via modern Shopify App Blocks does not normally leave code behind after uninstalling, but we were happy to investigate this with you to ensure everything was clean. We appreciate you taking the time to confirm the resolution with us, and if you ever have any questions in the future, our team will be glad to help.

First impressions are very good. The app has an almost intuitive working method. The lay-out is self explaining, no need to search for what needs to be done. Tested the translation capabilities for one of the blogs, where every sentence was put together with much care. Used my native language for testing (to be able to validate) and found only minor mistakes. The only disappointment was that the ‘brand’ name was translated, which is easily corrected, but it should be recognised. Looking forward to the new features.

Thank you for your kind words. We've resolved this in our latest update and also added several new features to optimize your app experience.

Title: Print-on-Demand Service with Systematic Integration Failures and Zero Support Review: Order HPH1001 shipped with incomplete address label—missing house number and postal code. Shopify shipping registration clearly shows correct, complete information was provided. Printful stripped critical address data when generating the shipping label. The Dutch PostNL confirmed the label was so incomplete delivery was impossible—package returned to sender after 6+ days. QA/QC Failure: How does a label print and ship missing postal code and house number? ZIP codes are internationally and legally mandatory for shipping and delivery. Carriers are legally required to reject shipments without correct information. Printful shipped anyway—no validation, no verification, no quality check before shipping. Printful's transport company Spring GDS accepted the package with incorrect data and apparently did not verify with Printful, further underlining the broken process. I had to chase the package whereabouts myself, wasting hours of my time. Order status showed "in transit," Printful claimed delivery, but package was never delivered. I contacted PostNL directly to find out the label was missing critical data. Packing instructions were correct and complete. Shopify order contained full address data. Printful removed it during label generation. Printful's Response: NOTHING. Zero response from help@printful.com despite escalation No order correction No reship No acknowledgment of the failure Complete silence Shopify's Position: Shopify deflects to Printful, stating they're "only the platform provider." This leaves store owners subjected to the "print and pray" model of POD suppliers, with zero interference or accountability from Shopify when integrations fail. Business Impact: Marketing campaigns to 7 international markets ON HOLD. Cannot risk customer orders with broken address integration. Every undeliverable package = permanent brand damage. The Pattern: This is a serious liability for store owners. Integration failures, complete non-response, zero accountability from both Printful and Shopify. Hours spent trying to correct what should be a basic process. Shipping and delivery is so crucial to POD that it is mindboggling this process has no QA/QC in place. If you're considering Printful, test orders thoroughly before launching campaigns. Their integration may strip critical data without warning, and you'll get NO support when it fails. (current 13 hours of complete silence) Review to be published on Trustpilot G2, Capterra, Sitejabber, E-commerce community, and other review boards. Jeopardising the reputation of store owners.

Translated Policies with the app to German and French. For an app that praises it’s own legal accuracy, the mistakes are horrible. The justification that the app enables manual updating is not an argument. I speak several languages and am versed in international legal documents. This is not an app i will use, translations can’t be trusted. Btw, I had upgraded the basic option to the next level, thinking it might be increasing the professionalism.
