Very user friendly and I love the new teaser feature! I had some questions as I set up my teaser and Tiana helped me tremendously! She went above and beyond to assist me and I learned a few new things from all of her help! Very pleased with Omnisend and I'd def recommend.

I love the social proof feature, the announcement bar and the pop ups. I don't even recall enabling the social proof feature, I just happened to notice it was active on my site and loved it..Automizely has been extremely reliable and helpful with my marketing. Highly recommend

Great customer service and very easy to set up! It was very easy to set up build a bundle products for my store. I had a minor issue and their support team addressed it and made sure I had all the information needed going forward. They're in a diff time zone but as soon as it hit 6am there, they jumped right on my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received.

This is an updated review...I needed a little assistance making sure my pre-order was set up properly and my Shopify settings were correct so that everything went smoothly upon launch. Andrei walked me through everything and went above and beyond assisting me. He is prompt, professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with.
