The app offers excellent customisation and the support, from Liz A, has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend Loox.
I haven't implemented the app yet but so far the support from Dan has been quick and friendly.

We've seen a significant increase in sales because of this app and the support is super fast and helpful.
I've only been using this app for a couple of days now and so far it is brilliant. The support is absolutely next level!
This is a great app. We were looking for a gift card solution that would offer more and this one's features are great. We especially like that we can add our own custom greeting card designs and that users can schedule the delivery of their gift cards. We'd love to be able to customise more of the fonts and colours to bring the app in line with our site's look and feel but this isn't a deal breaker.
