So far not a single button has worked. Looks like it is completely broken. I don't have a single positive thing to say, but they require more characters to submit this review.
Great help. Cleared up the reporting question I had on sales tax. Fortunately, the answer they gave was that we were doing something the right way!
Great customer support when we were having an issue. I'd recommend it because they have thought of a lot of scenarios in their programming and they're willing to help when something doesn't go according to plan.
