Tidio is learning constantly and improving. In the first few weeks we needed to follow and step in a few times, but now, after 3 months - it is handling all the customer service on its own! It is amazing how much time and stress it takes off!

AutoDS is recourcfull, very accurate and covers lot of marketplaces. The whole app is very well configured and connected to Shopify.
