Can't figure out how to use this on desktop, how to manage conversations and where to chat. It seems to be ios exclusive. If they fix it so we can manage on desktop with multiple staff accounts it would be good.

Hello Hang and Display - In order to view and reply to messages, you will need to install Shopify Ping from the Apple App Store (currently iOS only). Visitors from any device can message you, but you need an iOS device to manage those messages. You can have multiple staff members use Ping to reply to messages, and tapping on a message in the conversation will reveal which staff member sent the message and when. It works! I has smart segmentation rules, provides very comprehensive reports and easy to use as well.
Does what it's supposed to do, no gimmicks no hidden charges,... Use this for ALT tags and save on image processing costs of other apps
It's not free! after you spend hours building the forms you notice a pricing at the top and then you find out that it's only free for 25 submissions and for basic capabilities only. Then you delete the app but you find out that you also have to remove your account from another website somewhere hidden in the settings of that website. By this time you would have wasted many hours and been charged at least once for nothing. So just don't.
Seems to be working fine, I have file rename, image resize and image square running on schedule every night with various conditions and no problems so far. It doesnt do previously done images so you don't reach your job limit very quickly. But the limit is very low for the price, I'm paring 10 usd a month for 1000 images. Some of these features such as alt text can be done for free with other apps so I recommend you do that.
