Gorgias is the single most valuable application in our Shopify technology stack. It has transformed the way we manage customer support by giving us unprecedented visibility into customer issues, helping us identify root causes and significantly reduce support volume over time. What excites me most is Gorgias' continued innovation. Their growing focus on driving sales conversion, in addition to customer support, is positioning the platform as a critical revenue-generating tool. I genuinely cannot imagine operating our customer service organization without it. The value has become so evident that our broader company has expanded its use across Food Service, Quality Assurance, and several other B2B departments.

For years I've been asking Shopify for the ability to have customer be able to use 1 coupon which has varying % discounts on different collections. Now we can have store wide sales offering smaller % off low margin products and higher % off on high margin product. That show's on product listing and product pages. But really Abra does so much more, interfaces with our slide cart app and other apps. They have exceptional and very responsive support. Couldn't be happier!

If I could give Seal 100 stars, I would. Their support is unparalleled. I wish every other app provided as exceptional support as these guys. They have thought through every complex aspect of subscription management and the customer experience. Don't be put off by their website. It was a no-brainer to go with Seal after we saw the feature list and did a demo. We are glad not to be paying exorbitant transaction fees with less than 15% of the features Seal offers. Other apps lacked what we considered basic features, but they were happy to charge 10-20 K for these customizations. We accidentally stumbled on Seal, and it's been the best app purchase we've made. I could go on and on. It may take you a minute to learn your way around this app because the features are so robust, but you'll be glad you did. I can't recommend this app enough.

I've never been a big fan of chat support, especially for creating accounting reports. Their support team was able to quickly collect and format the complex report we needed. We're very happy with all their preformatted reports as well.
