Apps work very well. Good customer service and support to fix little tweaks ! Good pricing ! Recommend the app
I really like how simple it is to get every message at the same place, but I wish there were more automation possible (complete flows with answer choices for the customers) and there is also much room for improvement concerning bilingual sites.
