Extremely pleased with Calcurates app and Nik’s support – I’m store owner, not strong technical person, Nik showed me how to configure custom packaging for dimensional shipping, packaging rules for ship separately parcels, showed me how to test shipping using Activity Feed, practical settings for Address Validation. Whenever I’ve needed help with settings, configuration, testing rates, etc. Nik explains very clearly what I’m doing wrong and what I need to do. I’ve done fair amount of configuration with this app, our cart shipping functionality is working great, and I’m pretty sure I’m only using a small portion of what this app is capable of doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALCURATES! Thank you Nik!

i'm store owner & started using this app recently after very disappointing results with couple other size chart apps - highly recommend this app. Still learning it but core functionality has most everything i wanted. A little challenging for me to learn (i'm not strong technical person), but Helpdesk has been GREAT (quick responses, clear how-to instructions including illustrations & short videos). Once you learn flow of app, it's very intuitive. Suggestion to make app even better (if not too complicated re coding) - add functionality to adjust column width, also moving text to second line of column heading (Helpdesk offered to add, I told them not critical but keep me posted if it's added in future). Overall, very happy with this app. thank you Kiwi!

Highly recommend this app - still learning it but already see how intuitive it is and so many customizations/navigation options possible. AWESOME support - fast email replies, also videos if i get stuck. Thank you Miley, Sebastian, Henry!

i'm not a developer (i'm magento 1.0 store owner moving to Shopify) - learning curve for Matrixify and Shopify steep for me, however i'm decent with Excel and already seeing how much more efficient it is to manage/edit/bulk import content using Matrixify. managing cart content has always been Achilles heel for me, & crazy how much easier Matrixify makes this - no more having to line up columns in Excel for file import (Matrixify does it), can enter simple text in product description (body html) for multiple products in Excel, & Matrixify formats to html, awesome! lots of tutorial docs (i read 2-3 times to understand but then i usually get it), & if i'm still stuck on something, Renars, Rebeka & Ieva email me back same day/next day. year from now, as i get better with it, expecting to be even more efficient managing cart content. love this app!
