I had some issues when an order was being placed between Dsers and Aliexpress. Dsers agent Holly help me get it sorted. It took her a while to figure out I have two Aliexpress accounts and the wrong one was set as the default. Holly was very patient with me and took me through how to fix it step by step. I have found this App easy to navigate, I have only just started with it so will need some time to see if it helps. I have found the customer service exceptional with help from Frank and Aisha on a couple of different occasions. Will continue to use and defiantly think about upgrading. Megan
