Thank goodness I came upon this app! I tried all the other apps on Shopify, and every other app caused more bots and countries to bombard my website, dropping my bounce rate to 7! If you know anything about that, that is horrific for your website! I even tried embedding codes myself, and nothing worked! I don't remember how I came upon this app! BUT THANK YOU!! I also messaged them, and they replied right away and made sure my website was up to par! I noticed right away that it is blocking the countries, and even if a country gets through, which is rare, they auto-block its IP so it can no longer get in. The other apps will tell you that you will still see countries getting in, but they are blocking them; this is a lie! I have another app that tells me exactly what the countries are doing, and the only thing it blocked was their ability to check out, which Shopify already applies to your website if you don't sell in those countries. This app is the real deal and worth the low $10 a month! My other app that sees what's going on behind the scenes no longer has thousands of countries getting through; they are blocked before seeing my store! Highly recommend NOW! They have a free trial, so don't waste your time looking for another app; I did that for you! It took me over a month to find this one that actually works!

I have another app that can see who comes and goes; this app brought even more in! I contacted them, and they said, "Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website; we just don't allow them to go any further," which is a lie because my other app shows me exactly where they were going. Don't use this app; it will kill your bounce rate! After extensive research, I found an app that actually works!

We have never said, “Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website...”. You mentioned that you installed many apps, so we are not sure which app’s support team told you that, but it was not us. We also noticed that you left the exact same review for many other apps. This suggests this is a misunderstanding. In addition, no app has the ability to attract traffic on its own, so what you observed is very likely just a coincidence. We do have a solution that can fully resolve your situation. However, you did not try the solution we provided and just uninstalled our app. We are always happy to help. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback—I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience. I'd like to gently clarify that when we block a visitor, they do still technically "arrive" at your site—that's how any blocking solution works. The visitor has to try to reach your website before we can identify and block them. What NoSpy does is prevent them from browsing further, accessing your content and stealing your strategies. These visits are being stopped at the door rather than allowed to walk through your store. I can see you installed and uninstalled the app in less than 13 min so you comment about bringing over 2000 visits in one day might've been with another app and not ours - I also checked our records and didn't find any support messages from you—we would have been happy to help walk you through the setup.
