UPDATE - Was able to get communication and support . At the moment everything is working good so I'm updating my rate as well. Thanks for assisting. Was very excited about this app but after 3 emails and no reply for supporting 3 weeks I may have to delete it. The app works on some orders and others don't, so I just need help on figuring out why. Looking forward to a reply.

This app has really helped us. We've been using it for over a year now and we can't get enough of it.
Riyaz was great, very quick, and easy to work with! Customer support at its best. This app has helped my store a lot.
So far so good, I've been using it for almost 2 months. The Free plan]allows you to get acquainted with the app, must upgrade for the better features but still a good insight.
