We've been using the Back in Stock app pretty much ever since we opened our Shopify store. The app is constantly updated with new features, and the support team is always very responsive. It gives you great insights when it comes to the demand for your OoS products, helps you identify which products you should bring back, automates the BIS requests from customers and BIS communications to clients once a product is back to help you convert customers down the road. Great app, great team, great features :)

We implemented this app to our store to replace the native Shopify recommendations (which didn't seem to work well for dynamic recommendations when you have 2K+ SKUs). Frequently Bought Together is a lot more flexible, allowing you to display global, automatic, and even manual recommendations while also bundling items etc. Needed the support team for quick customizations I couldn't get done on my end, and they replied almost immediately. Thank you guys, and keep up the great work and service :)

We were using the free plan for quite some time, and recently switched to the paid plan. Very pleased with the app, the features and the level of customization. The tech / customer service team is also excellent! Thank you Chris for all your help ;)

I used this app to create a daily sales report and schedule automated runs sent to a list of recipients. At first i tried creating the report myself, but after playing in the app a little i decided to reach out to their customer service for help. They were helpful and quick - created my report, scheduled the run, made the required changes in a matter of minute. You should definitely consider this app - service is impeccable!
