Zeeshan was excellent in communication and jumped on a call with me. Edit: Changed to a 1 star. That was my first impression. Then I struggled to get answers from the team. Never had the feed working after 4 hours of work and wasted my time. Switched back to my old system and will look for a better system in Jan. Very frustrating.

Prefixbox has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store! After previously using the Boost app, I can confidently say that Prefixbox is on another level. The search and filtering capabilities are far more advanced, delivering faster and more accurate results that truly enhance the customer experience. Beyond the technology, the support team at Prefixbox has been brilliant. They’ve guided me every step of the way, ensuring a seamless setup and optimization. Their dedication and responsiveness have made all the difference. If you're looking for a powerful and reliable search solution, I highly recommend Prefixbox

Great app. I have received 3-4 positive reviews and its been about 2 weeks. Hopefully, it keeps building up.

Good so far. We have tried a number of different help desks and this has proved to be the one we like the most. We are still discovering how powerful it all is and don't use it to its full capacity, but I'm sure we will.

Bold has fantastic support and worked out all the problems that I had on the options app. If you have complicated code in the background, its sometime harder to implement, but their tier 2 support was able to figure out a way. Good Job Bold.

Great app does exactly what its supposed to. We are using it for the first time this weekend on our Black Friday and Cyber Monday specials. All the testing we have done has gone well, they have been helpful in answering questions and we look forward to the positive results.
