Timesact is a very effective, intuitive preorder app, and Jolo from customer service was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app set-up and helping me configure settings.
Have been using Omnisend for a few years and it offers great value as an email platform! When I had to contact customer support Beran was very helpful and responsive!
Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.

There might be some confusion here, as Filemonk does not have a feature to auto-email new links to customers when products are updated. I'd love to understand more about what happened. Vitals has been fantastic! It's basically replaced the collection of smaller apps I was piling onto my store with faster, simpler, specialized functions within the one app interface. Customer support is super fast to reply and helpful with troubleshooting as well!
