This must be the unicorn among Shopify apps! Even though we have a custom theme the integration was seamless and customer service is super responsive and professional. I just had one of their support staff John Seth respond within 30 seconds in chat and help me with an adjustment for our site! The collection of Vitals apps offer great value and are very easy to use.
Great app. Gets the job done, easy interface, helpful support for our custom theme.
We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

We've been using Judge.me nearly a year. Customers love it and it has many features that allow seamless integration and style changes. Their customer support is fast and very helpful. Excellent value!
Easy to use, great for adding a shop banner quickly and at no cost! Has enough custom settings to change the design as well.
