All of the products at Flutterbye Prints are custom designs that require approval from the customer. Approval Studio has been really great for getting a lot of proofs out quickly and it's an easy interface for the customers. Their team has been great to respond to questions I've had and quickly fixed a bug that I found. Like any app it has little quirks I would change, and it can be a little clunky to get everything set up, but overall I would highly recommend.
It's a mostly a great app. Sometimes, I do think it could be a little clearer on how to do things but if I've had a problem it's easy to reach customer service and they are very helpful.
I have just started using Easify to switch from another product personalizer app that I have used for years. So far I'm really impressed. They've been so helpful in answering my questions and setting things up. It's easier to make changes and has a better user interface than the other personalizing app I had before. I also like how they take suggestions for new features and highlight what they already have planned.

This app is pretty easy to use and customize. If you have any trouble, their team is very helpful and respond quickly. Anyone with a minimal amount of experience can make great looking pages. *Updated* Still using GemPages and the customer service is still excellent and the app is always getting better.
This app was easy to set up and it did just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, it did not work well with another app - Product Personalizer - that I use to capture personalization information on custom products. The personalization choices were not properly captured and I've had to contact all the customers who used the double coupons over the Black Friday weekend. A good app, but I'm going to have to figure something else out.
This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.
I have a lot of custom options in my shop, so this app is a necessity. It's easy to get the hang of, and make changes when needed. My only wish is that it would show the total before the checkout page, that seems to confuse some people. But otherwise, it is great.
