So far so good. I am only using the app to sync inventory. There was some confusion with the settings on my part, but support was readily available (at 8:00 PM) and helped me solve the problem.

This app is very user-friendly. And after an initial hiccup, the owner of the app stepped in and helped me tremendously. I am very grateful and looking forward to working more with this app.

I just started working with the app and it seems to be able to offer everything I need. Time will tell. But I can tell you that the customer service is amazing. They helped me make some customizations very quickly and explained a few other things I wasn't sure about. Thank you!
