We paid Luxury Distribution expecting a professional solution, but it turned into a costly mistake. Most of the items we offered through them were actually out of stock, so almost every order was cancelled. This caused us major financial losses and a lot of customer frustration. They charge high commissions while sourcing products from boutiques in Italy, but the inventory and order system just isn’t dependable. Because of how much this affected our business, we’ve taken formal legal action. I wouldn’t recommend this app based on our experience.

This review appears to be misleading, as the account in question never transitioned into a paid subscription or completed onboarding. Our records show only a few hours of trial access — no orders, no transactions, and no billing activity ever took place. StoreYa misrepresented our ad performance with false and inflated results, leading to significant financial losses. Their reports made it appear as though our campaigns were successful, but the actual data proved otherwise. When we raised concerns, they avoided accountability and provided vague responses.
