Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal and Doner are prompt and took care of my questions/issues quickly.

Reliable and well designed system. Lots of options to automate shipping rules, ability to make staff accounts and overall easy to use once you go the hang of it. Not quite as fast to learn as another service we used in the past, but way better once it is figured out, and set up correctly. We use the inventory tool to manage inventory across multiple selling platforms with ease as well.

Simple to use, pays for itself many times over, and support is quick and helpful if needed! Well worth the money if you have additional products that your customers will find useful when they are buying from you.
