Great app with excellent onboarding & support We’ve implemented KwikEngage across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, and the experience so far has been very smooth. The platform makes it much easier to manage conversations and set up structured automations across channels. We’ve also recently started using KwikPass, and it’s looking very promising — excited to see how it performs as we scale. A special mention to Kartikey for the onboarding and support. He was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in guiding us through the setup and ensuring everything was aligned with our requirements. Overall, a great experience with both the product and the team.
The app is fantastic, easy to use and works seamlessly. Huge thanks to Susan and Maison from the support team for their quick and helpful responses. They made sure everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend both the app and their excellent customer service!
