The BIGGEST issue is that when activated on site this bar prompted an AVG security error - "preventing connection to fab.flyon.top" Threat category URL blacklist. Other than that it looks okay onsite and is easy to configure/style. The app store images show this targeted to the cart drawer - it can only be targeted to page level via the dropdown (pages can be excluded). One star for looking pretty.

Hi, I completely understand how alarming it is to see a security warning pop up on your site. I am so sorry you had that experience, and I really appreciate you taking the time to bring it to our attention. Your feedback actually helped us catch and resolve a major issue. Our domain was mistakenly flagged on a shared server blocklist, which is what triggered the AVG warning. We have fully updated our server settings to fix this, so the app is completely safe to use and you will no longer see that error. Regarding targeting the bar to your cart drawer—you actually can set it up exactly as it looks in our App Store images! It just requires a quick adjustment in your Display configuration settings, rather than using the page-level dropdown. We are thrilled to hear that you found the app easy to style and that it looked great on your site. If you are open to giving us another try, please reach out to us directly at support@flyon.top. I would be happy to walk you through the cart drawer setup step-by-step and make sure everything is working perfectly for your store. Best regards, Mary
Pretty good so far - we will see for sure in a week or two. Thank you for the extras, much appreciated, an extra heatmap will be useful since I don't have a main prod page - only collections. Excellent support so far, immediate help with the best way to block ip's and advice on interpreting recording results. My goal is to decrease bounce - lets see of Propel data can help us find our way out of this one. High hopes currently.

Excellent support from Jess, Thomas and Marina. Have needed a LOT of help but the Judge.me human support team have always been there. Actually the level one AI support is pretty good too.
Excellent customer support today. With regard to managing store filtering I was looking for improved flexibility for the front end with an emphasis on collections - this does seem to do the job. I haven't had a deep dive into styling as yet, after a quick peek templates are easily accessible and can be tailored. Expect there is a lot more to learn.

Hi Anarky Creations, We’re sorry to hear you ran into a 404 error after installing. Our team has already reached out via email to help troubleshoot and get everything up and running, but we haven’t been able to connect just yet. In most cases, this can be a quick configuration issue, and we’re confident we can resolve it promptly. Please reach out to us at support@okendo.io (or reply to our previous email), and we’ll prioritize this right away to ensure the app is fully visible and working as expected.
Well so far this app has been excellent, with excellent support. We have got as far as setting up LitCommerce templates for Shopify to Etsy. Our Shopify product descriptions rely on dynamic content (metaobjects) - LitCommerce templates seem to handle this with relative ease. We still need to fine tune our workflow internally, with LitCommerce we can see our revised workflow, flowing much better between channels. We are migrating from WP/Woo to Shopify/WP and hope to be live on the new site by the end of March. And consistent on all channels (Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon). At the beginning as with any new software there is a learning curve, but LitCommerces' is not too steep - their fantastic support team eases the way tremendously. We have yet to delve into orders, that's the next stage. But following this trend things should be fine.
