We have been using Klaviyo for years and the way you can set up campaigns and flows its just seamless. I also notice how they invest in their product with constant UI/UX improvements along the years to make our experience much better.
I have been using this app for over a year and so far so good. There will be things that may (or may not, depending on your needs) need some tech support, but their team helps fix virtually any issue you may have and I couldn't recommend it enough. Yes, there are other page editors out there that may work just as fine, but GemPages support is what makes it for me.
Support is helpful if you reach out to them! Will update as soon as the issue i'm having is solved, but so far so good. thanks.
The app works and you get what you pay for but their support team has been HORRIBLE. I've been facing an issue with the facebook pixel, probably have already lost THOUSANDS... trying to figure out what the problem is. It seems like it's pagefly code interfering with my theme code but their support team has taken over a WEEK, including multiple back and forths to TELL me to "explain to them what the problem is cause they dont understand it".... For real? How about having a single person stick to a single support ticket and make sure he truly understands the issue and help us solve it? You guys have multiple support people taking a look at my ticket and that doesnt help anyone. Get your stuff together and I will make sure to update this review accordingly, but its incredible the type of support you guys provide. GEEZ....

Hi Sergio, We held a meeting and we have come up with many measures to remind and discipline the unprofessional supporters. I am truly sorry because of your unworthy experience with PageFly. I also feel embarrassed and ashamed about being their boss. We also updated the training program for all supporters. Tony is working with you, he is also our CEO. This is the ONLY review app we've used on our store and so far so good. We're right now on the low tier paid plan and even though we consider it's a little expensive for simply requesting reviews or showing them on an individual page, their support is top-notch and everything works really smoothly. One Feature we really like is the grouping one, where we can group reviews for different products that share the same characteristics or are variants between them. 5/5 review!
This app does what it says it'll do. Show the pup-up bar for EU visitors in a clean way that allow you to customize it.
