We’ve had a great experience using Interparcel for all of our shipping on our multiple stores. The integration makes booking shippments easy. Samantha, our Account Manager, is always helpful and responsive when we need assistance. It’s so nice having a real person to liaise with that we can rely on.
This program has helped us sort inventory and has been a big asset to our business. Big thanks to the support team for helping solve issues so promptly. Looking forward to many more updates and improvements in the future.
Good app, but you can't really style it well without help from support. Also support never replies to any emails or requests for help. Sent multiple emails now with no reply.
Used this app for few years. NEVER had any tech issues with it at all. Always helpful and fast support.
Thought i would give this app a try. BIG MISTAKE! I asked support to install the coding and they completely butchered my website, the placement of the icon in the header was absoultly horrible. I knew this was a sign of how bad this app is, and I immediately got them to remove the code and deleted this app. App bearly worked anyway, so this was the final straw.

If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user; It's easy to setup and design. It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier. There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier. It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed. There is zero analytics. The App has issues with Paypal and Android If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast. If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help. Customer service is okay for basic issues.
Great app! We have tried a few other paid apps that take commissions and this app works just as well. Highly recommend and very easy to use. Best of all it's FREE!!!
