Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.
I've only just loaded it up today and I think I really like it already. It's a little complicated or different for me, but that's because it's got heaps of functionality. Luckily when I couldn't figure it out myself I received near real-time assistance from the team. Glad I changed from my other supplier. They were also doing a great job but I think this will generate better result. Thanks guys.
Just installed this from Growave as it was too expensive. Loving these guys. Really hassled them on set up to get it done quick and they were brilliant. Will check back once I have had it on site for a while. Doesn't seem to load up the page too much on speed either.
I have been using the app for 90 days or so and I really like it. Support is really good and once you get the hang of it you can plug and play all your products on Etsy. There are some small limitations re accounting for amends/cancellations but the positives outweigh this. It has certainly allowed me to access a new sales channel with bulk product.
By far the best data analysis tool I have used with Shopify. What's more I am still in the trial and was given immediate support, within minutes. I asked if a custom report was possible and they answered by producing the exact report for me. Tiia was great. Thanks guys I will be subscribing
