Good app with a good support team, you can use it as per your requirement because this app can work as simply as a whatsapp chat button for someone, and for some, it can work as a full-fledged cart recovery and marketing CRM.
Have started to use this app, add a little issue in setting up the support them helped me out promptly, hoping for good results now. Great functional app
App seems to be the perfect app for push notifications, as it almost has the best segmentation option and best support. The support will understand your issue and will provide you a solution that works for you.
App is great with the best support team. If you think you are missing something just ask them, most probably you will be provided with a solution

We are using this app for around a month now, we like the functionally so far, but it's on the pricer side. it should have been a bit more affordable, other than that till now it seems like it does what it says. :)
I used this app and the best thing is their support is very responsive and understanding. Looking forward for future updates as well
Finally, an email app with justified fair charges for small businesses and big businesses alike, looking forward to all the Goodness offered by the app. And I believe it's going to be such an important part of the Shopify ecosystem. All the best wishes for them :) But ATM, it's not working, and showing this notification, Which is very unprofessional, TBH: " Shopify Email is coming soon Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available. "
